Meet Luke Britton

My name is Luke Britton and I’m the Recreation Lead here at Tonto Rim!

I’ve been a part of our summer staff for the last two years and recently joined the year-round staff in January 2026. During that time, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to help hundreds, if not thousands, of campers participate in recreation activities throughout their stays.

My favorite activity has to be the zip line! Watching campers overcome their fear of heights is something truly special. Seeing that moment when fear turns into confidence has been a huge blessing and encouragement in my own life.

Serving at Camp

During my time here, I’ve had the chance to work in just about every department around camp.

From hosting guest groups, to cooking meals, to preparing cabins for the next group of visitors, every role has helped me understand how much teamwork goes into creating a meaningful experience for our guests.

Recently I’ve also begun helping in the marketing department and have stepped into the role of Marketing Supervisor.

This new opportunity allows me to help share the stories of what God is doing here at camp with a wider audience.

Looking Ahead

I feel incredibly blessed to be in the position I am in and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our guests.

My hope is that everyone who comes through Tonto Rim has the chance to see, know, and experience God during their time here.
